Qualifications:
- Bachlor in Purchasing/Material Management, or Engineering
- 5+ yrs. experience in procurement of, or related experience in, electronics (experience within the power supply, electronic component manufacturing and/or distribution industries is a plus)
- Knowledge of and experience with OEM and Distribution channels of supply
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong negotiation and contracting skills
- Excellent interpersonal skill
- Knowledge of and compliance with legal and ethical aspects of purchasing and contracting
- Strategic planning and methodology on a global scale
- Analytical approach to problem solving
- Knowledge of supply chain planning/purchasing tools, desirable
- Excellent oral, written English |
